We thoroughly test our games on the most common PC hardware, but if you do have a technical issue, please check the game specific Steam discussion forum (linked from the game's Steam store page) for common issues.
If no answer can be found, please create a new post in the forum describing your issue and we'll respond to it ASAP.
For the technically minded, in the game's local files folder there will be a 'log.txt' text file. This file is regenerated every time the game is started up. The file can be viewed with any text editor and contains comprehensive startup and error information in human readable form.
To find the local files folder on Linux & Windows PC, right click the game in your Steam library, click Properties, then on the Local Files tab select Browse local files. The log.txt file should in there.
