At Poqasoft Limited we understand that players and the gaming press may want to create content that celebrates the art and fun of video games. Any individual or business is free to use game screenshots, game logos and game-play videos with or without audio, hereinafter referred to as ‘Poqasoft Assets’, to create reviews, walk-through videos, social media posts, blog posts and news articles with the exception of the four 'Non-Permitted Uses outlined below.

Non-Permitted Uses:

Do not use Poqasoft Assets and use them in any harmful way, including in a homophobic, sexist or racist manner.
Do not use Poqasoft Assets in any context which asserts any political position including any part of a political campaign.
Do not sell or distribute Poqasoft Assets, whether as separate items or in a bundle.
Do not directly charge a fee to watch any video or read any article which includes Poqasoft Assets.
This does not include advertising revenue payments from video platforms such as YouTube and Twitch via the platform's advertising program as these are indirect payments, so you are free to use Poqasoft Assets on these platforms.

Poqasoft Limited reserves the right to remove any reviews, walk-through videos, social media posts, blog posts and news articles which violate the Non-Permitted Uses. We also reserve the right to change this Video Policy at any time for any reason.
